Is there any theme to Waiting For Godot? If so, what is it?

Hell or Purgatory, waiting for someone that never comes and continueing to wait anyway. And that you dont even know why you are waiting. Absudisim is the theme of the play, as to the meaning i have no idea what he was thinking.
